The whole time planning and carry out his plan to kill her. They shook her squeezed her ribs to keep her from breathing. These two men decided to take her life because the biological father did not want to pay child support.He had never been asked to the mother and her family made sure this child was cared for.
in light of this we are asking missoouri to use the death penalty or at very least life in prison. If an adult intentionally harms a child and they die it is insane the penalties previous cases have got. If a grown person hits an infant they intended to harm that baby. If a grown person suffocates an infant or shakes them they again intended harm. When you plan and cary out any murder it is premeditated and death penalty should apply from my view point. Especially in the cases of child abuse in these infants cases they can not talk run or defend themselves it os the duty of the people and the courts to hold these people to maximum sentence available.
