Micheal Devlin get 170 years for kidnap and sexual abuse charges!

Michael John Devlin is a convicted American child molester currently serving 74 life sentences.  He is known for his confessed kidnapping of two boys, Shawn Hornbeck and Ben Ownby.  On January 12, 2007, Devlin was taken into custody and charged with the abduction four days earlier of 13-year-old William “Ben” Ownby, whom police found that day.  Upon his discovery, law enforcement officials found another missing teenage boy, Shawn Hornbeck, who disappeared on October 6, 2002, at age 11 while riding his bike to a friend’s house in Richwoods, Missouri.  The 2002 abductee lived with Devlin, masquerading as father and son.  He was separated from his family for a total of four years and three months.  Devlin was charged in federal court with four counts of producing child pornography and with two counts of transporting a minor across state lines to engage in sexual activity in both Arizona and Illinois.  He was sentenced to 170 years (in addition to the sentences for kidnapping and rape) for making pornography of one of the boys while in captivity.  Hornbeck is pictured above.

Overcoming child abuse A glorious victory!

Ellonora married you to escaped an abusive adopted family,she began having children one right after another wit her husband. Over the next 13 years  she would have 12 children, 6 of these children died.The remaining children lived in a far from safe home. Years of sexual and physical abuse,and neglect took it's toll on these children ranging from six months to 13 years of age. Ellonora would often leave the oldest child to attend to the children as she worked or chased her drunken husband down. Ellonora's husband often took advantage of his wife's absence to assault the children sexually. Finally law enforcement became involved when she had left the children alone to follow after her husband and had been gone several days. The children were placed in foster homes and criminal charges were filed. Ellonora's husband was charged with physical and sexual abuse, Ellonora was charged with physical abuse and neglect both served time in prison. Five years passed Ellonora remarried and began having more children, with another abusive man. Domestic violence was a daily occurrence, physical abuse such as the children being hit with extension cords,sticks,cursed out, was the normal for these children. Often the physical abuse was perpetrated in front of the extended family. Child protective made often visits however the children were told to lie. Shawntell was born in 1971 to these parents this was after the prison release of the mother.
  Shawntell was the only female child in the household,not sure if this is why there was as many physical attacks on her by the father.Who often hit the boys like they were grown men. Danial the father often attacked the mother as well trying to beat her into submission. Ellonora was every bit as violent as Danial often finding weapons to hit him with such as the old phones that hung on the wall.After the still born child due to domestic violence they divorced. The insanity only got worse for Shawntell there were no parental kidnapping laws back then. Shawntell was never in one place very long,the oldest sister even had custody a few times. The sister seemed to end up with custody after the parents had remarried and the step-parents did not want Shawntell around Candie stepped in and took her little sister in knowing full and well what the household was like often fighting the return of Shawntell to the natural parents. Life continued like  this until Shawntell was in her early teens and met a young man who helped her get away from all the fighting. Was not long after Shawntell found out she was pregnant telling the boy was the scariest thing for her. Because no matter what his opinion was she was keeping the baby.
 Shawntell and Levi had a son the following December nothing in the world could change the love this young mother felt for her child. As life carried on she was alone raising her son and was fine with that decision. Shawntell was vigilant about her child and protecting him form experiences she endured. Her son never knew of the abuse. She dropped out of school and went to work as a maid was not high class job but one that fed and clothed her son. Desperate to make her child's life better she continued working every job available to a teen mother until she turned 18, she began factory work and attended school for higher education.
 Finally Shawntell got a job she loved more than any job she had ever had as an advocate for people living with physical and mental disabilities. She spent long hours trying to make a difference and even helped raise funds for services. Along the way she got to mingle with senators and governors. Shawntell finally felt like a normal person and no one could ever take that from her.

Fulle Circle Motorcycle Association Christmas 2011

 Full Circle Motorcycle Association Lakeside Rollers chapter a little over 1 year old. Through the last year has had several events to aide local family's and children. Bike show, Fish Fry's,and several rides to aide in raising funds for the end of the year event which is the bike give away at the parade. December 11,2011 Full Circle Motorcycle Association gathered together to assemble bikes to be given away after the parade in Camdenton, Mo.  This group of bikers is not large in numbers, but huge in heart. Around June 2010 we joined this group and I have enjoyed every event I have attended. The President Dennis Morelock say"You could not ask for a better group of people".
  Lakeside Rollers group being new,is doing great things for the community. They raised funds to donate gifts and necessities to the local orphanage,several families, women's center and several other organizations. Over all the first year has been very successful. With the grand finally of the year to come December 17, 2011 at the Underground in Camdenton,Mo.. Children who may not have had a Christmas will receive a bicycle, and have games and prizes.

Signs of Child Abuse

It is of up most importance to watch for signs of child abuse often a child is harmed and after people come forward and say they saw  certain things that were not right. Here are a few signs to watch for with any child you may come in contact with.


Physical Signs of Child Abuse
1. Unexplained burns, cuts, bruises, or welts in the shape of an object
2. Bite marks
3. Anti-social behavior
4. Problems in school
5. Fear of adults

Emotional Signs of Child Abuse
1. Apathy
2. Depression
3. Hostility or stress
4. Lack of concentration

Sexual Signs of Child Abuse
1. Inappropriate interest or knowledge of sexual acts
2. Nightmares and bed wetting
3. Drastic changes in appetite

  Many of these signs get over looked by family and friends. I have noticed behavioral problems in certain children and marked it up to being a child, when in reality this child was being abused and shortly after was placed with the grandparents due to the abuse in the home. 

 1-800-4-A-CHILD  is a good call  to make in saving a child from abuse. If you report child abuse please follow up many times call get passed by operators deciding they did not warrant an investigation. Call 911 if you are witnessing child abuse first hand a violent attack on a child by an adult is never acceptable.

Vincent Hill March 27,2010

Vincent Hill was tortured for weeks prior to his death March 27,2010. Neighbors had called child protective 2 weeks prior. Vincent is one of many Kansas that have lost the battle with child abuse
paying the ultimate price. Vincent was 19 months old two adults took his life. Katheryn Dale, Vincents mother participated in torturing Vincent,along with her live in boyfriend Chad Carr.
Vincent appears to be a happy healthy child in photos. Many things were wrong in this childlife and death. Neighbors had made calls to child protective after hearing Vincent screams from the street! Katheryn plead guilty on September 30 she received 34 months in prison for her roll in Vincents death. Her participation as well as allowing Chad to abuse her son. She is expected to testify against Chad Carr. Vincent was beyond beaten he was tortured at 19 months old.
Child Protective was never held accountable for their roll in Vincents death. The hotline personal decided this call did not warrant an investigation. Within in weeks Vincent was dead at the hands of his abusers.

Contact was made between detective colleen and I however Colleen did not wish to share not even a photo. Colleen seemed disgusted John Walsh would be interested in this case,like it is better unsolved then an outsider be involved. I feel a fresh set of eyes on this case and a set with as much media power as Walsh could actually get information that may have not been received to this date. Nancy Grace has also been contacted and possibly could put pressure on the powers that be to take action seek Justice for Natalie.
  Recently decided to advocate on the behalf of Natalie again,last time there was not much progress. this time ive made major leaps in the few days ive been back at it. Contact with several Goverment Officials  has made me decide to push ahead. Americas Most Wanted has contacted me in regards to this case and i will do everything i possible can to get this aired. With or with out this Detective. Continueing contact with CNN,Nancy Grace,and Americas Most Wanted.
  Natalie Pickle deserves justice she was 3 years old when her life was taken! Natalie will never attend Kindergarten,have a crush,go to the 6th grade dance, she wont get  to date or get married.while the person who took her life roams free DOES THAT SEEM FAIR! Seems many have moved on with life as usual. Many advocates are working on this still and will until Natalies case is closed by an arrest!

Arrest In Jorelys Rivera Case!

   20 year old Ryan Brunn was arrested today for allegedly raping,beating,and stabbing Joryles Rivera to death and disposing of her body. Law enforcement is checking for any prior sexual offender history. Employed as the maintenance man at the apartment complex he had the opportunity to watch Jorelys.
His actions must have been premeditated because he had a child in mind,a place to take her to sexually assault her and not get caught in the act. It has not been made clear yet if he overpowered or manipulated Jorelys into this situation. Jorelys had been missing approximately 3 days when her body was located in the trash dumpster. National alerts were made  and people began passing information threw the news,and internet.
  Jorelys vanished after leaving the playground to go get a drink of water approximately 5 P.M. December the 3 rd. She had been playing with her friends.Jorelys  is described as a friendly,trusting, although shy child by her mother. Jorelys Rivera most likely had any idea she was endanger from a sexual offender.Jorelys was reported missing after she had not returned from playground and the search began.
  Searching proceeded threw the day and nights following her disappearance. Law enforcement checked local sex offenders listed,they drudge the creek near by,finally located her disfigured body in a dumpster. Taken almost 3 days to locate Jorelys.
  Ryan Brunn  apparently stalked,abducted,and murdered 7 year old Jorelys. Working as maintenance man he had the opportunity to observe her coming and go from her apartment. He also had the place chosen to do this crime. Neighbors describe his as creepy and having their doubts about him prior to this incident. Giving off bad vibes to the other apartment complex tenants.

Philadelphia Man Seeks Answers 44 Years After Witnessing Brother's Foster-Care Death

Charles Stecker was only 4 years old when he saw his foster mother kill his 2-year-old brother Eddie, but he remembers it like it was yesterday.
“[She] put my brother to bed and he was crying profusely. [Eddie] was probably in pain because he was beat up,” says Stecker, who remembers lying in a bed a few feet away as his foster mother, Lillian Bedford, placed his brother in a crib, walked downstairs and started chatting on the telephone.
Stecker watched his foster mother return to the boys’ room, agitated by what she described as Eddie’s persistent “squalling,” the Philadelphia Inquirer later reported.
“She came in our room. There was a plastic pin in the crib,” recalls Stecker, referring to a bowling pin, a part of a children’s toy bowling kit. “She picked [the bowling pin] up and swung it at him and told him to shut his fucking mouth. When she hit him she caught him in the back of his head.”
Various newspapers reported a second blow. Either way, Eddie toppled out of the crib.
“His head bounced off the floor,” Stecker says. “I jumped out of bed, went over and was holding him … I remember blood coming out of his ears and nose.”
Eddie’s brain hemorrhaged. He was dying.
As Stecker, now 48, relays the life-defining incident, sentences flow like waterfalls, peppered with details culled from a memory bolstered by newspaper clippings, birth and death certificates that he carries around in a folder. Today, he’s also carrying a baby book with locks of Eddie’s hair Scotch-taped to a page.
“It’s horrible,” says Stecker. “Sometimes I wish I never remembered anything.”
Stecker says he held on to his brother even as his foster mom was “beating me to get me off of him.” Finally, she yanked him so forcefully the bones in his left arm broke—he would never straighten his arm again. Doctors suggested re-breaking and re-setting the bones when he was 18, but he refused.
News accounts later revealed that Bedford tidied the floor before tending to the dying baby. Then, Stecker says, “she … carried [Eddie] to the bathroom put him in the tub trying to rinse the blood off. I remember her making a phone call; then the police were there.”
Two-year-old Edward John Stecker was pronounced dead at Germantown Hospital at 10:30 p.m. on Feb. 28, 1967. The death certificate lists the cause of death as “subdural hemorrhage, bilateral.” Under “circumstances of significant injury,” one word is typed in all caps: BEATEN. Eddie’s funeral at St. Leo’s Roman Catholic Church in Tacony was widely reported. He was buried hugging a teddy bear—a gift from his big brother—in a small white casket in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. The city’s Welfare Department paid for the funeral and burial plot.
Decades later, Stecker is still trying to figure out what happened: How did he and his brother end up in the hands of a killer foster mom, and what happened to her after Eddie’s death? “The ultimate goal is for me to be able to answer the question of what happened to the woman who killed my brother,” he says.
“It’s been hidden,” the South Philly resident continues. “Every time I would try [to find out what happened], I’d run into brick walls.”
“I was looking through the police, city records. Everyone said, ‘There’s nothing on this case, it doesn’t exist.’”
But every day, he remembers it. As if by impossibly rapid evolution, Stecker has a talent, maybe even a need, for details. He rattles off full names, spellings, dates and times. The ever-expanding file he carries around with him reveals a one-man detective trying to solve the mystery of his own life.
Stecker, who grew up being called Chuckie, goes by Chahlie now, pronounced and spelled with the H. With a shaved head, beard, tattoos and a gold hoop earring, he looks like a TV actor typecast as either the street-wise, get-the-job-done cop or a corner tough; the loudmouth who starts the bar fight. But he’s none of those things. His brown eyes are kind.
“I can’t get angry,” he shrugs. “I’d like to experience it. I’m a little afraid of it. I get hurt, but … I don’t have anger and rage. I never had those things.” The only time his eyes well up is when he mentions how Frank Rizzo, Philly’s police commissioner in 1967, once picked him up and hugged him, remembering him at the scene of the crime. “We remained friends until the end of his life,” says Stecker, voice cracking.
Over the years, Stecker has made many attempts to dig up records to fill in the blind spots: Did his foster mother get away with murder? Why exactly were he and his siblings entrusted to the City of Philadelphia to begin with? All he knew, and not even for sure, is that “nobody ever served a day in jail” for killing his brother or shattering his bones. There was “no court record, no arrest record, no record of it ever happening,” he says.

Alyssa Eickmeier 2 YEARS OLD

  Alyssa Eicmeir was a cute two year old who was left alone with her mothers boyfriends the father of 3 children of his own. Alyssa was crying and Nick Minet shook her violently and threw her to the ground causing her death. Alyssas brother witnessed this attack on his sister. Nick then laid her on the bed like she was watching television instead of calling paramedics. When her mother returned home she noticed Alyssa was having trouble breathing,she took her to the hospital.Alyssa had skull fractures head trauma requiring surgery. She remained in critical condition until she died of her injuries.

  Alyssa was a normal two year old. October 23,2006 Alyssa was taken off life support. Due to her injuries from being shaken and thrown to the floor her little body couldn't recover.She had endured a a violent attack,head injury,surgery and passed away from her injuries.Alyssa's brother witnessed this attack.
  Nick Minet a Kansas City Police Officer charged in the murder of Alyssa. You would think a Police Officer would know to call 911 or jsut not to attack a child however in the incident he did not call for help and had caused the harm.

 

LIBERTY, Mo. -- Murder charges may be filed against a former Kansas City police officer accused of abusing a toddler.

Nick Minet, 28, appeared before a Clay County judge in handcuffs Monday.

Minet was charged with beating 2-year-old Alyssa Eickmeier in a Northland duplex last week. Minet was the live-in boyfriend of the girl's mother.

Court documents showed Minet admitted to shaking the girl and throwing her to the floor because she wouldn't stop crying. Relatives said the girl's brother witnessed the alleged incident.

Charges are expected to be upgraded since the toddler has died from her injuries.

Minet, who has three children of his own, was a three-year veteran of the Kansas City police force, KMBC reported. He resigned on Monday.

The girl's father, Chris Eickmeier, was in the courtroom on Monday. He said he was so upset he wanted to hurt Minet.

"I was very, very angry. This is something that would make a father go crazy for. He would want to do what's in my mind," Chris Eickmeier said.

"I had to do everything for keeping him out of that seat and doing what his head was telling him to do. I had to keep him there," friend Matt Myers said.

Jorelys Rivera 7 yearold kidnapped

  Jorelys Rivera was last seen alive around 5 P.M.  on the fourth around 12:30 P.M. on the 5th of December she had been located int eh dumpster deceased. Jorelys was left battered and disfigured and sexually assaulted. How does this happen she was not out late,she was with friends how did the sick evil indvidual get access to her? how did no one hear her screams and pleas for help? Photos shown of the apartments they would be close together. ill be editing this soon with details of how this could have happened.
   Jorelys is described as a shy but friendly 7 year old girl. You can see the innocence in her face and eyes in her photos. Previously playing with friends on a playground to find herself a victom of a sexual preditor.
  Jorelys most likely had no clue that she was in danger how do you explain sexual preditors to a small child with out making them paranoid of strangers. Jorelys was not far from home,she was not alone. Some sick individual took it upon themselves to not only take this child innocence,but her life too.
 ANYONE COMFORTABLE TAKING A CHILD DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS IN THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD IN MY OPINION IS A SEXUAL OFFENDER AND HAS EXPERIENCE ASSUALTING CHILDREN AND OR WOMEN!
  Most likely he had watched this child for some time to decide to take her, and where to take her.Jorelys may have said she was going to tell and maybe he intended her death the whole time. Even when facts are released we will not understand this humans way of thinking. Sexual offenders are often neurotic deviants  who desire for power over the victom overpowers anything else. How did this human do this and go unnoticed by the neighbors?

A brutally disfigured body discovered in a dumpster is seven-year-old Jorelys Rivera who went missing at her family's apartment complex, investigators said today.
The body was badly beaten and showed signs of sexual assault, according to police. Autopsy results are yet to fully confirm the cause of death.

Georgia Bureau of Investigation director Vernon Keenan said: 'This is going to be a very, very horrendous crime. I am convinced of that after having observed the body.

'A child who dies under extreme violence is the absolutely the worst thing that can happen to a human being.'
He added that authorities 'do not have a strong suspect'.
The body was discovered around 12.30 pm today.
Police and volunteers spent the weekend combing the area around the apartment complex playground where Jorelys Rivera was last seen.

At the time of her disappearance, the child was being looked after by a teenage babysitter along with her two siblings in Canton, Georgia.
At around 5pm on Friday, she left the park to go and collect drinks from home for her friends. She disappeared between the playground and her home at the River Ridge Apartments.
Police had sent several Coca-Cola cans found nearby for forensic testing to see if these are the drinks that the child had gone to collect for her friends. 
A creek in the neighbourhood was dredged late last night but nothing was found.

Distraught: Jorelys' mother Joselin had appealed for her daughter's safe return

Jorelys' mother Joselin Rivera had made an emotional plea for her return and her father, who lives in Florida, had flown to the city in Cherokee County. 
A friend translated for Spanish-speaking Mrs Rivera to local TV station 11alive.com.
She said her daughter was 'friendly, sweet, had lots of friends and everyone just loved her'.
The mother was not considered a suspect, according to police sources but her two other children were taken into protective custody as a precaution.
The Georgia Child Abduction Response Team joined the hunt this morning while volunteers carried out door-to-door searches.
The family van was examined yesterday and bags of evidence removed from the family's apartment. Volunteers also looked through dumpsters with trained search dogs
The police were also working with the school that the seven-year-old attended to put together a list of people that Jorelys knows.

Karsyn Young March 23,2010

  Karsyn Young died march 23,2010. On March 22, his mother had dropped him off to be babysat by Shawn Blackburn her ex boyfriend and the only father figure Karsyn had ever known. Shawn had a history of alleged abuse on Karsyn prior to his death he had a broken leg Child protective investigated and returned the children to their mothers custody. Karsyn was an adorable 10 month old who was loved by his family and missed dearly. August 5,2011 Mr. Blackburn was sentenced to 10 years for 2nd degree murder he is elgible to get out in 2018.
  Karsyn was trying to walk,learning how to talk. He had a sister and a brother who loved him. His brother 2 at the time witnessed the physical attack on Karsyn. Karsyn had suffered several unexplained injuries prior to his death, a busted lip,black eye,and broken leg. None of these could be directly tied to the defendant. Almost 24 hours after karsyn was dropped off there was a 911 call he was not breathing.Some woman in the front yard screaming the baby is dead repeatedly. When fire fighters arrived Karsyn was cold and stiff telling the fire rescue he had not just quit breathing this was begining of the defendants story falling apart. During the autopsy Karsyn tested positive for marijuanna,broken bones, organ damage, the whole time the defendant claimed he fell down the stairs.
  After legal wrangling for over a year and holding tight to the story of accidental death the defendant accepted a plea deal. 2 nd degree murder serving 10 years with good behavior he can get out in 2018. Personally I do not think this is enough time for this crime because this baby had a future that was taken from him by this defendant.

Avee Marie Hunter April 22, 2010

Avee was born to a loving mother who had a very loving home with her grandparents. Avee's biological father convinced her family he wanted to be a part of her life so she would know both sides of her family. He began coming to the house to visit often bringing his cousin with him. Together they had made several atttempts on Avee's life shaking her,squeezing her ribs, mistreating her in ways that would not leave marks to alarm the mother and family. They were unaware of these young mens plan and that was to end Avees life so he didnt have to pay child support.

  Avee was an amazingly beautiful  baby who was adored by her mother and grandmother.Avee filled their home with love. Mother and Grandmother was truly devastated anyone could be that evil. Shocked they never showed a sign of what they were doing, with the loss of Avee it took some time to find a peace in their hearts and minds. Somehow they have came to grips Avee is in the arms of God and in Peace.
  Charges were filed on the father and his cousin who were responsible for Avees untimely death. Charged with 1st degree premeditated murder on Avee. Their heartless plan has shattered their family as well as Avees, 3 mothers lost their child on this day.
  Avees Mother and Grandmother had a celebration in memory of Avee fir what should have been her 2nd birthday. They released balloons. Facebook friends posted Avees picture in honor on this day. Although there is an empty place in their hearts now they are not bitter and angry. They are amazing people and may God watch over them as they go threw these hearings. I know in my heart Avee is watching over them.

  Aliayah Lunsford went missing September 24,2011. Since Aliayah went missing many things have changed in her mothers household,child protective removed all the siblings and the twins from this
house. Lean Lunsford has been arrested several times,food stamp fraud,possession of controlled substance. Stepfather Ralph Lunsford has a long criminal history including domestic violence. Since  Aliayah the mother has not been involved in searches,passing out flyers,media she has however hired an attorney to represent her in the disappearance of Aliayah. What is the deal with these parents and lawyers?Who is representing Aliayah?
  Aliayah has been gone ten weeks no sign of her. Flyers have been made by an aunt and citizens trying to gather any information to find Aliayah. Fbi finally added Aliayah to their missing childrens page and provided a poster where Aliayah appears to be an abused child. Bruising on the left side of Aliayahs face appears to be 3-4 inches in length. Aliayah is a 3 year old little girl where is she,who has done what to her. Was she killed in her home and disposed of, how could she be kidnapped from a home with no less then 5 other people in at the time.
  Lena she has a long history of criminal and drug activity. Several of her children have been born addicted to drugs including the new twins and Aliayah.  Aliayah was born while mom was in jail and was in the custody of her grandmother until Lena was released. Shortly after Aliayah disspearence Lena was arrested for selling her food stamps. The other children were removed from her care.  Lena was also arrested recently for psossion of controlled substance and paraphanelia.
  Ralph has a history of domestic violence where he had threatened his niece with a hammer and proceded to attack her car. He has a long criminal background and leans more towards violent behavior.
  Aliayah is missing and none of the adults in the home seemed to concerned for her return.Again another lawyer to represent mom and the grandmother was also in the home no one noticed someone lurking threw the house SERIOUSLY?Head count for the house 3 children and 3 possibly 4 adults. Why havent the older children been asked for details? Why has the grandmother not stepped up? Again who is representing Aliayah Lunsford? Who is standing up for her?
 

Lying Parents

  On October 4,2011 Deborah Bradley and Jeremy Irwin reported Lisa Irwin missing. In the first week Deborah had failed to report she  had been drinking until there was video, a huge box of wine,her timeline change three different times that i noticed. Jeremy seemed distant and cold. Statement were made "this had brought them closer then they had ever been" and "someone who cheats on their husband" what did these mean and how are they of any use in regards to missing Lisa Irwin? Second week Joe Tapicona and Bill Stanton showed up on scene well known media whores. Since their arrival media and police have been cut off from communications with these parents. Since the arrival ive noticed that the media has pulled out the FBI has shutdown the mobile unit. Has this lawyer intimidated law enforcement and district attorney or is it due to lack of cooperation. Either way Lisa is still missing and these parents seem to careless of their childs recovery.
  When Lisa Irwin was reported missing the nation was in shock and feeling sympothy for the Irwin and Bradley household.Threw out the next week it would come to light the mother was being treated for depression and anxiety. Video of her shopping woth her brother was played repeatedly of her buying the now famous box of wine.Deborah also states on nation news with Megyn Kelly she may have drank 5-10 glasses of wine. Deborah replied to megyn she "may have blacked out or passed out she didnt hear a thing"
  Jeremy Irwin who is supposedly the grieving father has not shed a tear,rounded up a search party,passed out a flyer in the 2 months Lisa Irwin has been missing. His statements made me think they were having marital problems,how else could the disappearance of his own daughter bring them closer? 
  Now on to lawyer and body guard since they have arrived have done  public speaking for these two.
It appears Tapicona is as interested in Lisa Irwins case gettin solved as Natalie Holloway.He has cut off media and law enforcement from talking to the main characters in this mystery.The media has been focused on Tapicona and these parents almost to the point of forgetting Lisa Irwin is the victom.

  Lisa Irwin has been gone 2 months now the national media has seemed to have moved on,law enforcement had to cut back. Parents acting with wreckless reagrds to finding Lisa. If it would not be for the public such as the prayer vigil, and internet pages Lisa Irwin would just be another child vanished.

1) If Any Person kills a child during the act of abuse and or neglect should automatically be first degree Murder and should never get less than life in prison and we prefer the death sentence.If an adult is hitting/shaking a child they intend to harm the child therefore if the child dies it is intentional.

2)Social services need to be held accountable for negligence in leaving children in dangerous situations after a report has been made. They should get prison time for the death of a child that they have visited and left in the abusive home.

3)Harsher sentences on first time offenders who got caught with out causing the death of a child from physically abusing and or neglecting their childs needs.

4)Any person who kills or child dies due to negligence and the parent/guardian  reports the child kidnapped gets an mandatory sentence of 20 years.

5)If a child test positive for drugs at birth,or moms in prison for child abuse, terminate parental rights quit sending children back to abusive situations.

6)If a parent has left an abusive partner, courts have no right sending a child for anything more then a supervised visit.

7)If a parent has physically, sexually abused and or neglected a child to the point it affects their health that abusive parent or neglectful parent looses their parental rights.Better a broken home than a dead child.

8)Unattended children under the age of 5 place in foster homes temporarily while an investigation is completed to make sure the child is not taking a backseat to addiction.

9)In the event a child is claimed to be kidnapped and or missing; remove the other children in the home immediately place them in foster care.

10)If the mother or father are living together not wed; to someone who is not the childs father or mother; and has a known history of violence and the child is harmed or killed the mother or father should face equal charges for putting her child in danger.

Natalie Pickle Dies At 3 Years Old

In November 2008, when Natalie was 3 years old, she became the victim of child abuse and died. She was at her home in Dodge City when she "fell from her 2 ft bed". As a family, we believe what Natalie's team of doctors told us: "She was severely beaten", "She DID NOT fall from a bed and suffer this extensive trauma". Despite these words, we as a family are left to wonder when "he" will ever be prosecuted and held accountable for the murder of a precious baby taken too soon. We want Dodge City to seek the truth and we need your help. We want to make sure her case is not forgotten.

  So why in 2011 has no one been charged in this death? Have the police made errors that cause the case to be void?Does the district attorney have fears of defeat? Has this case been over looked?It is not listed as a Dodge City cold case such as Colton Downtain. He was alone with moms boyfriend in 1997 and became unresponsive.
Autopsy showed he did not die from natural cause however 14 years later no charges and both cases are under the same district attorneys office. Same police department how does this happen?
