Vincent Hill March 27,2010

Vincent Hill was tortured for weeks prior to his death March 27,2010. Neighbors had called child protective 2 weeks prior. Vincent is one of many Kansas that have lost the battle with child abuse
paying the ultimate price. Vincent was 19 months old two adults took his life. Katheryn Dale, Vincents mother participated in torturing Vincent,along with her live in boyfriend Chad Carr.
Vincent appears to be a happy healthy child in photos. Many things were wrong in this childlife and death. Neighbors had made calls to child protective after hearing Vincent screams from the street! Katheryn plead guilty on September 30 she received 34 months in prison for her roll in Vincents death. Her participation as well as allowing Chad to abuse her son. She is expected to testify against Chad Carr. Vincent was beyond beaten he was tortured at 19 months old.
Child Protective was never held accountable for their roll in Vincents death. The hotline personal decided this call did not warrant an investigation. Within in weeks Vincent was dead at the hands of his abusers.
