Child Abuse Laws

1) If Any Person kills a child during the act of abuse and or neglect should automatically be first degree Murder and should never get less than life in prison and we prefer the death sentence.If an adult is hitting/shaking a child they intend to harm the child therefore if the child dies it is intentional.

2)Social services need to be held accountable for negligence in leaving children in dangerous situations after a report has been made. They should get prison time for the death of a child that they have visited and left in the abusive home.

3)Harsher sentences on first time offenders who got caught with out causing the death of a child from physically abusing and or neglecting their childs needs.

4)Any person who kills or child dies due to negligence and the parent/guardian  reports the child kidnapped gets an mandatory sentence of 20 years.

5)If a child test positive for drugs at birth,or moms in prison for child abuse, terminate parental rights quit sending children back to abusive situations.

6)If a parent has left an abusive partner, courts have no right sending a child for anything more then a supervised visit.

7)If a parent has physically, sexually abused and or neglected a child to the point it affects their health that abusive parent or neglectful parent looses their parental rights.Better a broken home than a dead child.

8)Unattended children under the age of 5 place in foster homes temporarily while an investigation is completed to make sure the child is not taking a backseat to addiction.

9)In the event a child is claimed to be kidnapped and or missing; remove the other children in the home immediately place them in foster care.

10)If the mother or father are living together not wed; to someone who is not the childs father or mother; and has a known history of violence and the child is harmed or killed the mother or father should face equal charges for putting her child in danger.

Natalie Pickle Dies At 3 Years Old

In November 2008, when Natalie was 3 years old, she became the victim of child abuse and died. She was at her home in Dodge City when she "fell from her 2 ft bed". As a family, we believe what Natalie's team of doctors told us: "She was severely beaten", "She DID NOT fall from a bed and suffer this extensive trauma". Despite these words, we as a family are left to wonder when "he" will ever be prosecuted and held accountable for the murder of a precious baby taken too soon. We want Dodge City to seek the truth and we need your help. We want to make sure her case is not forgotten.

  So why in 2011 has no one been charged in this death? Have the police made errors that cause the case to be void?Does the district attorney have fears of defeat? Has this case been over looked?It is not listed as a Dodge City cold case such as Colton Downtain. He was alone with moms boyfriend in 1997 and became unresponsive.
Autopsy showed he did not die from natural cause however 14 years later no charges and both cases are under the same district attorneys office. Same police department how does this happen?

Common Factors in Child Homicides/Murders

  Children being reported as missing/kidnapped to cover a crime in the home. Children under 4 are at greatest risk of death by violence in the home and 46% of these children are 1 and under by national statistics. Infants can not take as much force as older children therefore are the greater risk. Infants also cry more and are more needy then older children. Approximately 1500 children die in United States every year and about 690 are 1 and under. Infants kidnapped as of 2010 4 all returned to the families with out harm this is out of 850,000 kidnapped/missing children reported.


  When a child under 4 years of age is reported missing the most likely suspect is violence within the home. Children 1 and under are at greatest risk of abuse int he home. Often there is substance abuse,low income,under educated, full time parent
that often is described as a wonderful parent by friends and or family. In most cases there is previous abuse and or neglect that has gone unreported. Most family members and friends can not accept the fact a child was murdered and will often defend the murderer. This denial is what ends up allowing the numbers of child homicide due to abuse to raise no one wants to think their child, sister, friend, neighbor could actually harm a child.


  Kidnappings do happen ussually an infant that is kidnapped is 6 weeks or younger. 1 out of 4 times there is violence towards the mother. Very often they are stolen from a hospital setting by a female pretending to be the nurse, or the home by a female pretending to be with child protective. These babies are stolen due to a phsycological need for a child they are often driven by deceptive pregnancies, miscarriage and or loss of a child. These women are often found within the first week i  have have see a few cases that went well into 6 weeks.
  Often you will see friends and or family supporting the family member who has comitted a crime against a child. You will here  deceptive descriptions such as he or she was a great parent, loving, adored their child. I have even seen the family of the murderer harass threaten the family of the murdered child. Denying their family member would ever do such a thing however the man is serving time for his actions toward a 10 month old. Who by his family loved with all his heart, as he were his own,would never harm him, and yet somehow this baby is still dead at the hands of a 23 year old man in charge of his care.


  Substance abuse alcohol and drugs often plays a role in these cases. Many times a person claims to have done these things while drunk or high. Other times it comes out in the investigations that alcohol or drugs were present during the crime. Some are found in the autopsy of the child while others admit using or abusing during the moment in question.

Lisa Irwin Missing from Kansas City,Mo

 Many people are following this case.There are close to 100 pages for Lisa on facebook. Everyone wants to know what happened to Lisa October 4,2011.Who knows what happened to Lisa? Her mother does she was last person to be with her. 
 I as well as thousands of others are very interested in Lisa Irwin. How this case has so many charactersalthough none seem to be looking out for Lisa best interest. These adults seem to pull every focus back on themselves. Lack of cooperation, mistruths,half truths, and straight out lies. Have hampered this case over a month has went by no sign of Lisa.
 We all pray for Lisa and want her safely returned. As time has passed the outlook becomes grim,most children abducted by strangers are killed within 48 hours. Lisa does not fit the age for sexual preditors shes is to young Lisa doesnt fit the strange women needing a baby shes to old. With over a month now passed and no realistic sightings.You have to wonder what actully happened in that home on Lisiter Ave.
 There are so many theories to many to even remember. However the person who knows the truth claims she was on pyschiatric medicine Xanax, Lexipro and consuming alchohol while caring for her children. The questions have to be asked did you drop her, was she fussing and did you shake her, did you sufocate her. The only person that knows is her mother, who is not talking to the detectives that need answers. 
 Timeline has change i believe four times, Phones that blatently stated were turned off are calling people in town. people who originally were reported as not being in the home are now being stated they were. Did the brother harm Lisa? 
 How dare they say any negative thing in regard to the police department or F.B.I so far these had been the only people looking for Lisa until the last few days. God Bless K.C. P.D , F.B.I, and the National Gaurdsmen that have searched endless hours missing time with their own children. I pray they have the information they need to solve this case. 
 Many people do Not want to think this mother could harm her child when in reality it happens often.Children under 3 years of age die daily in Untied States due to child abuse and or neglect.In 2010 when i researched Missouri there was abotu 20 children killed by abuse from mom dad or step dad. These detectives are experienced in child homicides and know when they are being played. 


 This is my view of this case so far!!!!
